Hi I am trying to copy a Video on to computer using Magix Video Easi SE and computer and the screen says video is transferring but there appears to be nothing showing as it is recorded how can I resolve this

Without knowing what you are copying from, how it is connected to the PC and what record settings you are using - it is very difficult for us to help you.

Come back with the above information, your computer specification and your windows version (also include if it is 32 or 64 bit)

Thanks John I have now managed to get the video transferring on to the computer screen but now I ahve a new issue . The project appears to save but when I go to the computer to access the file to edit - I am unable to locate it and it appears to have transferred from video to computer but I cannot find where it is

Look in the program settings for the filepaths to see whare the project is being saved.
