Hi,
I recently purchased ACID Pro 10 Suite, which includes Convology XT and Melodyne.

REGISTRATIONS, ACTIVATION AND DOWNLOADS
1. I did not register or activate ACID Pro 10 Suite prior to downloading, however, the serial number shows up in my MAGIX account but I don't think all components loaded correctly.
2. I did not register or activate Melodyne prior to it installing with ACID. A previous version of Melodyne was still present in my Program Files, which I couldn't uninstall.
3. I did not register or activate Convology XT before installing setup. It Does Not show up in my program files or within my DAW, it just shows up under my apps with no additional content.
QUESTIONS FOR ITEMS ABOVE
1. Should I uninstall all 3 items above?
2. How do I completely Uninstall the old version of Melodyne?
3. Will uninstalling affect any ability to reinstall because of number of times activated or downloaded?
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
1. Is it necessary to disable my Norton, before installing or downloading any products with Serial Numbers? I wasn't sure which features to disable and disabling was unsuccessful.
2. My purchase included a coupon code for a free download of an ACID Loop at Producer Planet, as long as Don't choose items from a third party seller.  How do I know which are eligible Acid Loops products for the free download and which are third party sellers?
3. My purchase also included a coupon code for free download of Brainworx BX ACID Plug-in Package V3. It seems that this plug-in opens within my DAW, unless ACID is installed incorrectly. Is there a trick to this?
4. Is there anyone willing to assist me by phone to assist me with product registration, activation and installation?

I'm recovering from a back injury and could use some additional help..
