What's the average turn around time for emails to support? I was just wondering when I could expect to hear an anwer back. I purchased Music Maker 15 Premium a couple days ago, and am still waiting for an activation code. Thanks in advance for your help.
If you purchased a download version, this wouldn't have anything to with support. You'd just get an automatic e-mail from the webshop system with the code. If you didn't get that, make sure to check your spam filter. If you're still not getting on, then it's time to contact Magix sales or support, of course. I'm sure it won't take long for them to get back to you. But you need to make sure that you're putting in your request via the support website's e-mail form (http://support.magix.net). If successful, you will get an automatic confirmation. Once again, check your spam filter if you seem to have problems receiving e-mails from Magix.
