Hi Patricia and welcome to the user to user forums.

Is this a question regarding the Magix Audio Cleaning Lab software? It could be that the software driver for the Kaiser Baas Vinyl Converter needs updating and you should go to the Kaiser Baas website to check but I think it is a discontinued product. A screenshot of the actual warning may be of some use here.

In addition to @CubeAce comment the issue could be your audio card/chipset settings - see this comment.
