Help! My Vegas pro 17 won't render anything

I keep getting this error message "An error occurred while creating the MEDIA FILE. The reason for the error could not be determined" VEGAS PRO 17 on Windows 10 ....Intel i7 4700mq cpu 2.4ghz ...16 gig ram...64 bit op system

Vegas products have their own forum see this topic.

Vegas users posting in the wrong forum is quite common here, we have a sticky post at the top of the Video forum page - is there any way we can improve this to make it more clear and direct Vegas users to their own product forum.

You feedback would be welcome.
