Help: Installed Sam x3 suite 32 and 64 bit versions 64 bit NOTworking

Hi:

 

NEWBIE here. I installed the Samplitude x3 suite.....I choose to install both 32 bit and 64 bit versions on my Win 10 64 bit laptop.

 

When I click the desltop icon for Samplitude....I get error messages (3) and they say some .dll are missing so reinstalling the program might help?

 

BUT, I can go into programs and the 32 bit version is working.

 

What can I do to fix this?
