If you have Photo Manager installed and do not see HEIC images then they are not supported.

According to the manual the following formats are supported:

• JPEG (*.jpg; *.jfif; *.jpeg; *.jpe)
• Windows Bitmap formats (*.bmp; *.dib; *.rle)
• Tagged Image File Format (*.tif; *.tiff)
• Kodak Photo CD (*.pcd)
• Targa (*.tga)
• Adobe Photoshop PSD (*.psd, not all features)
• Portable Network Graphic (*.png)
• Portable Graymap PGM (*.pgm)
• Portable Pixelmap PPM (*.ppm)
• Sun Raster File (*.RAS)
• PCX format (*.pcx)
• RAW formats from many different camera models.
