Hey there,

Is this while you're recording your vocals or exporting the track into a different format for stereo playback (e.g "Audio as WAV") or is this to do with your vocals having the echo?

I am a bit confused by your question - everytime i go try and record the instrumental beat it sounds like an echo was put into affect

Did you mean that sentence like this

everytime i go try and record (vocals), the instrumental beat sounds like an echo was put into affect

I ask for clarification as both issues (beat echo, vocal echo) are 2 different resolutions to the issue.

I wana help you bro!

hey brother,

Are you using the record button to record the music?

The record button is used for recording vocals, or instruments. Not for recording the whole track as one - For that you mixdown and normalize the audio like this.

Click on...

File ===> Export

As you highlight "Export" another dropdown menu appears that has burning options (WAV, MP3, OGG, WMA...)

Personally, if you want the best quality sound, and your stereo equipment can read WAV files, then save it as WAV.

But, if you havent EQ'd, stereo'd and fine tuned the sound of your track and individual samples, it will sound like a mash of sounds all in one area of the stereo field.

Fear not bro - I can help you there as well! If you need it that is.

BTW, you should show off your work in the Magix Forums - I'll definitely have a listen if you do bro!

I too am lost as to what you are tryning to do. If you are using Soundpools, no recording is necessary; the soundpools are recordings.

Take a look at this tutorial on getting started in MMM and you will better see how the program works.

Then maybe you can better describe exactly what you are doing. Screen shots help.
