My software didnt properly install or register, and it seems I only got the free version. Also, I ordered physical copies of the program, and its been 11 or 12 days and I haven't received anything. How long do mailings take?

Everyone gets the free version. Did you activate by putting in the serial number, which then gives you access to the additional features of the version you bought?

That depends on the country being mailed to and where from?
With the current virus situation, and the despatch location, this could be 2 - 3 weeks.
As @Graham-Hawker has commented, you activate the free version with your serial number you will have received by email.
Once this is done all the extra content should be available under the Downloads tab, download and install it - note depending on your Internet connection speed this could take an hour or more.
