Have my MMM file but don't know how to load

Hi guys,

I made a nice little arrangement earlier this year in MM 16. Have a backup of it. However I have changed computers and had everything reinstalled. Now when I try to load it, it can't find the instrument files. When I direct it to where they are, it doesnt seem to work.

I get the message:

The file
''
Associated with the arrangement was not found.

This happens even when I point the program to the exact location.

Please help me resolve this. This file is really important to me.

Hi,

You said, you hav echanged computer right? if that is the case on older computer how many partitions you had example, C and D only and on new computer do you have same partitions or any extra or these C and D are changed to something D and H?

Also the Document file and Program file the path is exactly same as the it was on the older computer. Even a slight change Magix could not read your saved MMM file. Therefore, please confirm if you remember that.

In your MMM projects saved file do you also got file something like this BAK0.MM extension should be BAK if so, then you can re try to Load it.
File/Load arrangement when Load arrangement window open on file extension *MMM click the drop down button and choose All files and load BAK it should import your settings.

Right now I was using Magix Music Maker 16 Premium everything was saved fine in Projects all of sudden I got error message and BOOM SHAKA Magix did not read saved MMM file, luckily it had saved automatically BAK file I opened it that worked fine and re saved project.(Lucky I am).

If you want to share any experience please feel free to contact.

Thank you
