Has no serial number?

I recently purchased a bell+howell camera bundle in which it came with the magix video easy se software with it. Whats printed on the disc is just bell+howell editing software. It was only a 7 day trial, and you need to activate it to get full use. Looked for the serial number to activate but does not have one. It's not on the disc, and it came inside the cameras box so no serial number on the box and no serial number in the owners manual. Even sent emails to the place I purchased from but no answer yet. Any way you guys can help in serial number delemma for the program I've received with the camera.

@Motojohnnymoe

Welcome to the Magix forums.

Did the bundle you purchased specify that the version of VideoEasy SE was the "full" version (i.e. the serial number would be supplied) or was it rather described as a "7 day trial" version? If the former, then yes, the seller should most definitely supply the needed number. OTOH, if it was the latter, I think you will need to "buy" the program via the Magix website in order to receive a serial number.
