Check that your web browser has Cookies turned on and is not dropping them.

Are you testing in multiple browsers eg Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox and Chrome and Safari as a minimum

I have all cookies turned off.  Have identified problem with Chrome, Edge, and Internet Explorer.  Same problem exists.  Also uploaded the pages to a new host and accessed with another laptop.  Same problem, which makes me think something is wrong with my Web Designer Premium 10, the only web designer that does this. By the way, does not happen to all products.  It is sporadic but also constant on the ones that escape from the cart.  Even replaced PayPal widgets; same issue :(

Try with cookies turned on.

Without cookies a significant number of sites with shoppings carts will not work correctly - the shopping cart contents are often stored in a cookie on the local machine.

Which widget are you useing?
