Guitar USB not working properly

Hi,

In Music Maker Live, whenever I try to record my guitar through "audio record", all it does is record the tracks that are already in the workspace and not my guitar. I currently use a Modeling Guitar Processor which is plugged into the computer by USB and I also have a Rocksmith cable (a regular guitar cable but one side is USB) as the output which is also plugged into the computer by USB. This has to be a problem with the software because whenever I go to Audacity, recording my guitar this way works perfectly fine. To sum it up: the "audio record" button records the tracks that are already in the workspace but not my guitar. How do I fix this?

Thanks,

Kyle Freedman

Hi

Check the record settings input is set to the correct device as shown below

and turn of audio monitoring

Note: you can only record from one signal/device at a time.
