grayed out functions?

okay my PC crashed i had to reinstall windows and all the software, re registered and put in my serial numbers but the software now has grayed out selections i'm unable to use the software totally now it only has limited functions?? need help and yes i reinstalled the software...currently downloading it again but from the site and using the serials again to see. But if it doesnt not function what else can be done or can you help me?

Hi,

After logging in, putting in the SN's, you will have to download and install everything under the Downloads button/tab. I presume that you have Plus or Premium SN's.

What do you mean "re-registered"? Do you mean activate using your serial number? Re-registering suggests you made a new account.

Basically used my seriel again. After I down loaded everything all over and its still grayed out. Thats why I'm asking for assistance. I did the basics trouble shoiting and nothing

Please tell us, exactly what is greyed out? With that information we might have more of a clue about why you are experiencing these problems.

It could also be helpful if you told us rather more about your PC. This post will show you the information we need.
