Grabster AV 150 not work properly

When i try to recording analog signal in my videocam, recording mode is not work. Computer stop ansver and it must restart.

This could be a compatibilty problem between the device and the software. A simple solution is to capture with the software that came with the card and then import into MAGIX for editing.
