Grabby 2.0

Hi,

I just bought the USB Grabby 2.0, I am having 2 issues with the program.

I am trying to digitalize from VHS cassette and Hi8 from videocamera, the videocamera convertion works almost fine. I get to convert it to a file.

First problem is I can't get videosignal from VCR, the VCR only have SCART connection, I have three different RCA to SCART adapters.
There is only blue screen when I connect it to GRABBY, I tried to plug it to the TV, seems to be working fine. But not on the program.

Second problem is I can't save video to .mp4, the program crashes when I attemp to, it can only save videofile to wmv file.

Hi and welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

If you are using the supplied software (MAGIX Movies on CD & DVD TerraTec Edition) that came with the product then I suggest you need to take this up with TerraTec as it is a specific program for use with that TerraTec product and not a program released by Magix themselves as a separate program.

You may never get a reply from any of the users here if they do not use that program or USB converter.
