@Trenton-Wallner

Hi and welcome to the forum.

. . . . where I've gotten 2 other editions before . . . .

What were to two previous editions?

Were the EDM soundpools/instruments already installed from one of the 2 previous editions?

Also see if this tutorial helps.

@Trenton-Wallner Yes, the problem is, if you already got the EDM edition you cannot get the credits again.

You misunderstood, the 2 other editions were hip hop and 80s, this is the 3rd edition I've gotten.

So the first 2 were as aforementioned, Hip Hop and 80s. Currently I have no EDM soundpools. Closest I would consider is a few vaporwave but those were redeemed from previous credits, I've checked the tutorial before posting this, its not an issue with the redemption of the credits or even the edition itself. The credits are just non-existent. I haven't updated in a while but I am avoiding it for the time being because it is the slowest download ever and I'm actively using my PC. Would that affect it at all?

@Trenton-Wallner Is the EDM Edition listed if you look under the menu Help > Music Maker Store > Activated Content?

@Trenton-Wallner Ok, try to go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache of the store. This will often help with store problems.

Hello, I'm having the same problem, but with no previous purchases of soundpools. I could access the free soundpools on an old version of the program as it prompted me to select what I wanted, but after updating (without making any selections) there's no option.

How does one clean up the store? I can't seem to find a button for it.

SP. wrote on 3/26/2022, 3:23 PM

@Wolf_Fleuret The button to clean up the store should be on the first page of the program settings.

Wolf_Fleuret wrote on 3/26/2022, 3:25 PM

I can't find a button for that, but I'm trying the solution from this other thread:
https://www.magix.info/us/forum/where-is-my-option-to-choose-the-promised-content-of-my-choice--1271562/

It seems to be a problem that the free credits only work with the 32bit version so we have to redeem them before updating.

@Wolf_Fleuret

Hi

In the program select File, Settings, Program settings  the Clean up store button is as shown in the image below.
