This is a set-up problem in Sound Forge 14. The software is getting a signal from my turntable. But it's not recognized to be heard in the external speakers or in the software to work on... I'm in Windows 10 on a standard HP computer.
You are not stating enough information to hypothesize a reason or solution. Are you stating there is a significant indication of audio input in the record meters? Have you tried initiating record, then playback to confirm the audio is in fact getting to SF. Do other files playback normally? Which version of Sound Forge? Are you using an external interface or internal soundcard?
