With Magix Music Maker, where can I start with the basics and at beginner level to at least make four tracks? Is there a tutorial specific to the idea of quick start relevance?

Download the manual and read the Introduction chapter, especially the Quick Start part through to Mixer, page 50, and follow along.
There are also tutorials on the Magix.com website and on the Music Maker Welcome screen - lower middle window.
Please note that there is a difference in using the word "tracks" in the context of an audio editing program and "tracks" that are found on a CD. They are not the same. "Tracks" on a CD are songs; "tracks in Music Maker are where you put audio objects to build a song.
Do you want to use tracks for audio recording or MIDI recording using VST instruments?
