Getting pictures from videos

I would like to use a "picture" from my video on the cover of my DVD-box. How to? Can I take one frame out of the video and use it as a "Snap shot" in a jpg format? I´m a new user of Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus.

Yes you can! Place the cursor on the frame, and press "ALT+M" (BMP-picture) or "ALT+N" (JPG-picture). Or File > Export movie > Single frame. You can set the resolution and name.
