You've actually posted to the Movie Edit Pro area of the Video forum so I have moved your post to the Audio area, under Music Maker.

One other thing: the current latest version is 27.0.2.26.

EDIT:  I've just followed the link to the tutorials from within the program and they work fine! Perhaps check your internet connection?

Hi Jeff - the videos still don't work and still have the frustrating exclamation mark in the bottom right hand corner.

I have just updated the programme to the latest version (internet connection seems ok there!), Checked my laptop is playing you tube videos ok.

It was the Music Maker programme that directed me to the wrong forum and the messages are still in German. (I have ckecked file - settings - language).

Fed up now - will try again tomorrow,

Hi,

A patch to 27.0.2.28 has been released that should fix problems with Soundpools and the Store.

Strangely, I couldn't get any of the tutorials to work either, or anything else to play, not even other things on YT, on my Surface Pro connected by wifi. No problems on my desktop (direct connection to the router), however.
