It is strange. Normally when we make payment after that we get email with activation code and download link. Some time that email can land in the Spam folder. Did you check your email spam folder?

If you are sure you did not get activation code even contacting Magix support by email then you better call them. Or when you get email from Magix support do not change anything in the subject line just add your text matter and send back.

I hope someone from Magix should also answer you here.

Yes I did d check spam. I have sent several e-mails; They seem to dance around the question, but no direct answer. The only I get are ticket Numbers.

What you are experiencing is really strange usually Magix support don't do like this as per my experience.

To get attention of Magix staff here, you can do one thing. Re post your question like this one in the subject line write "Magix support where is my activation code?" then explain your problem.

I am copying a ticked I got from Magix support for reference:

Thank you for your e-mail response.

If you want to add further information to this ticket, please make sure
to use the following subject line:

[Ticket#: abcdefghijkl]

Your e-mail will soon be answered by one of our employees.

Do not change subject line send back the same email with your question. On Saturday and Sundays they will not answer you.

Keep trying your luck though it is frustrating I can understand.
