Getting a error code 24

I bought Vegas pro 15 edit off of Amazon that was set up on my girlfriends email address..when installed I used my email address I go too import a mp4 file and it throws a code 24 plus saying this serial number is already registered...can someone please help me hahaha....also I'm new to the product

Which program?

This thread was started,2 years ago, by a poster who is using Vegas Pro. This is not the Vegas products forum.
