When I first downloaded acid 10 pro I was able to edit my plugins to get the sound I wanted in the fx chain. Now I am unable to, and they wont even show up. Any idea why?

I just upgraded and can't get a chain to save so that I can apply the same effects chain to different tracks. I've never done this before and the user interface is fantastically complex. I cannot find ANY documentation ANYWHERE. And now I see the whole thing is buggy so in addition to worrying about whether I am doing something wrong or don't understand how it is supposed to work I now have to worry about whether or not I am doing things correctly and the software is just broken. Great.
Pro-tip: Documentation is a good idea. It's also a good idea to shrink your website down to under 100 million pages and provide a working search tool so people have a chance of finding it.
