Freezing during render process

Hi

I am currently using Movie Studio 16 (build 158) and I am having issues rendering my latest project. When I initiate the rendering of the project, it freezes at the same spot (65%) every time.

I am using a Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7100U CPU @ 2.40GHz, HP Laptop, Windows 10 Home, 8.00 GB installed RAM, 64-bit operating system.

I have re installed the programme but with no success along with other unsuccessful attempts!.

I am unable to:

1. Access the `render` options under the `project` tab (as per photo included)

2. Access the options of `Dynamic RAM preview` in the internal-video tabs or change the GPU acceleration of video processing value.

I have been attempting to complete this render for over two weeks now. I know Imay have the basic package with limited options especially under the `project` tab (however it would be very much appreciated if anyone could let me know if I can expand any of these options).  

I have contacted MAGIX Support by email but recieved a message from them to inform me that unfortunately they cannot provide any further personalised customer service for my product due to its age!

I would very much be indebted to anyone within the forum that could please help me as I would love to complete my project as it is a full video/slide show of my daughters recent wedding day.
