Frames dropped

I have Movie Edit Pro 14 plus and am trying to copy a video clip from an Australian website.I am using the web video resolution and aspect ratio 4:3.The video is 16:9.I am doing it via screen copying. I can record at 4:3 but frames are dropped ,hence the video is jerky with bits missing.Any suggestions would be much appreciated.I am using Windows 7 and my capture card is a KWorld DVB-T210 Hybrid TV card. Thanks

Hi

Please read this post and come back with the specification of your computer.

There are many factors which can cause this problem - include details of the video resolution of the video you are trying to copy, your Internet connection type and speed.

Hi John,

Thanks for coming back.I have a Mesh desktop PC with the following spec:

Intel Core2,Quad CPU Q6600 @2.4 Ghz. $ Gb RAM.Win 7 Professional ,32 bit operating system. I donot know the resolution of the video I am trying to copy using" Screen capture on Magix Movie Edit Pro 14 Plus".

My video card is a KWorld DVB-T210 Hybrid TV card.

My broadband speed is 5.6Mb and is from Plusnet ISP.

I have set the capture at various resolutions, the lowest being Webvideo upto DVD quality and lowered the quality to 50%.

Hope that helps.Looking forward to any suggestions.
