Frame rate manipulation

Hi,

I´m trying to find a software that allows me to get the effect of having different frame rate on a video clip.

I've seen that on several motion picture productions: a video is running at normal speed and then there is a sudden change to a fast forward look and then, goes to a slow motion effect.

Is that viable with a Magix product ???

In Magix video products, e.g. MEP 15, the speed of a clip can changed to slow motion or a higher speed than normal. Freezing of a certain frame is also possible.
