Frame in video not syc with Audio

icepurple wrote on 10/6/2016, 2:15 AM

I have this short video I made. There is one frame that when I burn to disc, the audio does not sync, But when I go to the edit screen, the frame matches up fine with the sound. I have burned it several times and I have the box check to check the disc after burn. When I made edits I use the option Encode All. I did not check the boxes that asks if I want to overwrite in the begining. I believe this refers to the INTRO Edit. Using Magiix Edit Pro 2016 Plus

Please help its for a wedding this weekend.

Hi

When you get this dialog

Try selecting Encode all and both Rewrite options to ensure any changes are applied.

If there is still an issue:

  • is MEP patched up to the last version?

  • what is your computer specification ie processor make/model, graphics card?

. . . . one frame that when I burn to disc, the audio does not sync, . . . .

Do you mean one video clip?  A frame is only 1/25 or 1/30 second long and is the smallest section of video you can work down to.

If you are not doings so, it is a good idea to do all your burns to re-writeable discs (DVD or BD depending on your requirements) for testing and once you have the disc as you require then copy the disc to permanent DVD or BD disc
