for some reason i can not download the software it does not download

i use windows 7 64 bit and 32 bit it does not download and stay on 0

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Assuming you are attempting to download and install a recent version of your Magix software, it is not designed to work under Windows 7 since that operating system lacks features of Windows 10 which are required both for download, installation and successful operation.
