.flac file templates

I would like to be able to save 5.1 wav files that I have in Sound Forge (12 and 13) as .flac files. When I try to save them and go to the templates area, there are none for 5.1. Does this require a plug-in that I do not have?

Any help would be appreciated. THANKS

thanks for your feature request. We will take that to our development roadmap and plan this for an update in an further version.

I need this feature as well. Is this in the latest Sound Forge 14? If so, I will buy it.
