As fas as I know there's no built-in effect like that. Typically it's achieved by importing a free or commercial video clip. Often called a 'lower third'. By googling for 'lower third orange smoke' I got two million hits, and some on the first page looked potential candidates. Here's the link:
You'd have to experiment and improvise. You can get transparency with Video > Effects > Chroma key/Black/White, depending on your material. And of course adjust size and position before adding to your main video.
Here's an extract from a video that tried (unsuccessfully) to convince my grandsons that grandad had recently returned from a solo trip to the Moon. I think it used a couple of 'lower third' effects, one for smoke and the other for fire.
Arabic text - Movie Edit Pro does not support Arabic and many other similar languages.
There is a work around providing you can switch the Windows language to Arabic and you have an image editing program which supports Arabic.
By creating text images in the image editing software, with a transparent background, and saving as PNG files these can be imported into Movie Edit Pro without the need for additional effects to be added to remove background colour.
Is it possible to have the same fire effect when typing a title/text like in this Video
My other question if it's possible to write in Arabic in Magix Pro 2017....
If you want to add fire, flames explosions or virtually anything else to your videos, this is probably the best site to visit. https://www.productioncrate.com/ there are loads of free effects and downloads, but for $39 per year you download many more and as many as you want.
