Hi,

Just a question, when is the last time you updated your FTP client?  That could solve your problem.

Check your FTP settings are correct - a 530 error means you do not have permission to access the site ie your username or password is incorrect.

These are the settings you need (from Magix site)

MAGIX Online World FTP-Server (Host): ftp.magix-online.com

Login / Username:   Your email address at MAGIX

Password:    Your chosen password
