Failure to load programme

I purchased a new version of the Audio Cleaning Lab as a download, but the new downloaded version will not load properly and I get messages saying that codes 8704,10196 and 9256 need to close and I have no idea how to close this so the download is stuck in the SUNRAY/ WAIT mode and will not progress any further Help Please!

Hi there,

I'm not sure completely sure whether you're referring to something happening during the download/installation process or when actually trying to run the program. Those error codes don't really ring a bell. Can you possibly provide a screenshot of the problem situation and error message?

If this is about something happening during the download process via the download manager, you may also want to try the following link for the installer to bypass the DLM:
