A Faderport single channel controller is not setting up properly on my Samplitude Pro4x, Windows 10 system.

Presonus says to set MIDI ports to USB Audio device, my MIDI options show "Presonus FP2" only.

I can see MIDI data indicator light up when a key is touched on the controller. I have initialized it as Studio One Mode.

Any ideas or info appreciated.
