Hi, I was wondering if I am missing something with the settings for facial ID. I'm finding the software is not picking up obvious faces even when photos are almost identical and a good head shot of a person.

I also find that it always seems to default to the topmost person in the list of identified people. It doesn't seem to be recognising faces that I have recognised many times before.

I am using photo manager deluxe, version 13.1.1.12.
