Exporting to an Wav or MP3

I am having issues with exporting a file to an Wav file or MP3. It was working and now its not, please help!

no error message just go to export-click wav option and it seems like it wanted to go through but it never converts. It was working before, I am on version 29.0.6.38, Music Maker Plus Edition 2022.

@kiki041 Does it help, if you use File > Settings > Reset program settings to default?

Or you can go into C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\mm29 and delete the MusicMaker.ini file and start Music Maker again? This will reset your program settings.
