If you still can, I suggest you edit your post to remove your P3 number, otherwise others could use it to register the program in their name.
After you've done that, to your question, the best way is to set up your movie settings (Key E, or File>Settings>Movie) to your desired export format. For UHD (I assume you don't actually want the REAL 4K, which isn't 16:9), set the movie settings as follows (you'll have to choose your desired frame rate, preferably the same as your source files):
Then go to File>Export Movie> choose what format you'd like. Have a look at Help for "Export".
