Hi, I've split up a video track into separate objects. I'd like to Export the individual objects as separate videos for Youtube and Facebook but can't find this option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I seem to only find a way to Export the whole video, not the individual Object videos. Hope I'm making sense :-)

There are two ways to do this:
1. Export Range
2. Separate Movies - my preferred method
MS has multiple timelines called Movies. If you don't know anything about them, watch this:

Set a range that you want to export. You can use shortcut I for the in point and O for the outpoint, or the range buttons
You can also use the mouse to set the range for export: at the very top of the timeline (just under the movie tabs), left-click for left end, right-click for right end, drag each end as required.
Got it, thanks. Related... is there a way to set the In and Out range to the currently selected Object? It would be quicker I think to just select the object to be exported, set it as the In and Out points.

To go to the right places quickly, use the shortcut Alt+W to take you to the next object edge, I to set inpoint, Alt+W, O to set outpoint. export, repeat. Alt+Q goes the other way.
For most of us, it's rare to just have a single object for export. No titles? No cuts? Thus, no editing?

Got it, thanks. I haven't got to learning how to add titles yet. That's next. I guess I was thinking I could name the Object and that would be the name of the exported file? I haven't learned any cuts or editing skills yet. Hoping to :-)

John, I do this for social media snippets/edits. Capture screen video/phone clip, bring onto timeline, cut off start and finish and export the remaining single object in the middle. It would be good to have a "range quick-se select" on the current highlighted object.

Only if you didn't watch my tutorials on basic editing in which I repeated several times to not create gaps on the timeline.
Shortcuts 7 or 8, trim left end, Z, no gap, trim right end, U. 6 to get back to normal mouse mode.
Or, are you leaving the left and right ends on the timeline?
I can see a minor need to select an object and play back just the object, but I would rather see resources spent on fixing bugs. You can use Ctrl+Q and Ctrl+W to select next and previous object, respectively - the playback marker goes to the beginning of the clip. Play. Stop when you want; there is no need to set a range or any great need to have it automatically stop at the end of the object. If you really, really do, then create a range. It's simple enough to do.
For Frank's problem, he has several objects on the timeline and wants to export each. As I indicated, my preferred method is using Movies. Why?
Try exporting a range. What filename is proposed by default? The name of the movie which is probably the same as the project. Create another range, export. Same name is proposed so you either overwrite or change the name. Do 5 with very different names. Which one corresponds to which object on the timeline? You probably have lost track.
Instead, create a Movie per object or per export and give the Movie the proper name. Export - no need to define a range, no need to give or change the filename as it takes the Movie name. Repeat. You now have each export with the same name as its Movie. If you need to redo one, you can easily identify which one.
