Exporting Movies

When I finish editing my videos. I export them as MPEG or other formats and there is ALWAYS glitches. Either the audio gets out of sync or the finished video gets jumpy and has glitches everywhere or all my crossfades bog down and also get jumpy and glitchy. However, when I play the same movie within the MAGIX program none of these issues are hapenning and the movie is perfect.Once I export it is problem after problem after problem. Since MAGIX just takes your money for their product and provides absolutely NO customer support I am hoping someone might help with a solution to this problem. I have also downloaded and installed all MAGIX "patches" etc.

It seems to me that Windows Movie Maker is a much better editing program as it can at least export a movie correctly.............

While I cannot answer your question you are right about there being no customer support, at least in the US. Forget support: you cannot even get through in SALES!  A voice comes on that sounds like come kid who tells you to call back later. This is supposedly a big outfit in Germany, and while I have had success with the smaller version of the program, the Pro version is proving to be a headache. You can get Sony Vegas for the same money when vegas is on sale and find a whole different world of customer support. Magix needs to up the game very, very considerably if they want to in any way establish themselves in the US.

(The idea that anyone would think that Windows movie maker is a better program should make the Magix people hang their head in shame. If they are serious about their business they need to start acting like it)
