Export settings for YouTube

Most of what I create will end up on YouTube.  I usually shoot with my GoPro Hero3+ Black (1080 @ 30fps).  I'm just not getting real good quality after I export.  In the picture, you'll see the export settings I'm using.  Tell me what I'm doing wrong and what I should change.

Hi

Youtube have there own help page for settings to use prior to upload.

Note if the video undergoes further conversion by Youtube, you may lose further quality.

Just a suggestion.  Despite what YouTube and Magix recommend, I have found the best results for clear HD on YouTube by rendering to 1280x720 wmv.  I know, you shoot and want 1920, but this works best for me.  I make the wmv file, then manually upload.  See results at

Shot orig HDV 1440x1080.  I have 8 HD cameras, and the wmv seems to play best for me regardless.
