Export menu, audio cd, burn, select cd drive window, language?

Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab 3, desktop pc using MS Windows 10. In the export menu, Audio CD tab, burn cd, the select cd drive window opens but it is NOT in English. I have tried reloading the software but that did not work. The cd drive display is in Japanese or Chinese, not sure which one. How do I change it back to English? Everything else with the program is in English. My earlier program, Sound Forge 1 displayed it correctly, in English.

Question 2: When my CD is finish burning, the display window continues to display as if it has not finished burning and my cd drive won't open unless I unplug it to remove the cd. I am using an LG External dvd writer, GE24.

@fingerg

I have to admit I have never used SFACL (any version) to burn a CD. However, I have just tested this on my machine and I see the same problem with the display of the CD/DVD drive name! I actually have two "writers" installed; the only way I can distinguish between them is their allocated drive letter!

As to how to change the displayed language back to English, I honestly have no idea! I doubt it is possible!

On your second question, again, I have no idea (both my writers are internal drives) but have you tried to "Eject" the drive in Windows (via its Properties screen)? I don't know whether that would work, since clearly either SFACL or Windows or both think it is still in use.

Sorry to not be able to be more helpful!
