On one paticular project in Movie Edit pro PREMIUM, It won't let me export because of an error with the MSVCR90.dll? Any ideas????? It only happens on this project, all my others still export flawlessly.
First thing to try for this error is to defragment your registry. Use a tool that creates a system restore point before it does anything. There are number of free applications available that do this. I use Magix PC Check and Tuning Free 2011. Whatever freeware app you choose, make sure you do not download and install the "free toolbars or other applications" that sometimes come with freeware as part of the default or "reccomended" download. They will hijack your browser and it is a pain to get rid of some of them.
I've already tried that using Fixbee, it found a few and repaired them, But the its still not working.... Thanks anyway though.

Is there any more to the MSVCR90.dll error message than what you posted? Could you post a screen shot of the error message and if you have the opportunity to have a "detailed" view, post that as well.

As all your other projects export OK it is unlikely to be the MSVCR90.dll file causing the problem.
It is likely that one of the clips on the timeline is causing the problem or the cache has a corruption in it.
Try locating the .h0 and .hdp and .mxc2 files for this particular project and delete or move them to another folder and open the project in MEP and try exporting again.
If this fails:
1. Select half the timeline (Range bar) and export selecting the Export range in the export options.
2. If the half in 1 exports OK repeat with the other half of the project
3. Which ever half fails repeat the halving process and export until you find the offending clip.
Looking at the image you posted - you have the record dialog open - are you trying to screen capture while you are exporting or were you trying to grab a screen shot of the error dialog?

Neither worked :(
I was just using it to get a screen-shot of the error.
I presume when you say neither worked that the exporting of the sections did not give the error but if you try to export the full movie the error still occurs.
Try this
1. Start a new prroject and save it - do not add anything to the timeline
2. Open the defective project - when the dialog opens click Add new project
3. Select all the objects and copy them
4. Click the film reel icon under the preview monitor and select the blank movie
5. Paste the copied opbjects into the blank timeline
I mean't that no matter what part I selected it still gave the error. But it doesn't matter anymore, cause I found another way to export it succsefully! By clicking the big 'Export' icon in the top right-hand corner then selecting 'Export As Media Player'

Thank you for letting us know that you have at least got is exported so you can use the video.
It still leaves the question of the cause of the error unanswered.
If it happens repeatedly with new projects then I think the problem may have been introduced by something external to MEP, eg an update, installation of some other software with audio/video codecs - investigation could be a long process of elimination.
