A couple of questions. What, exactly do you want to do?
1. Edit the audio part in Audacity (cleanup, add effects, etc.) and update the original audio in Movie Studio?
2. Use the audio outside of the video editor for other purposes?

1. Edit the audio part in Audacity (cleanup, add effects, etc.) and update the original audio in Movie Studio?

If 1, then you can try to add Audacity as your external audio editor, do a mixdown of the audio of the video clip (Shift+D) to create a wave file on the timeline, right-click, Edit wave externally. This will open Audacity and you will have to load the wave file, edit, then export back to the same place, overwriting the original wave.
