Export and "bugs" in title effects

marco6 wrote on 9/8/2016, 3:57 AM

Hi all,

I've exported the video and loaded on youtube. But there is a sort of bug in the title effects, For example:

minute 0:56 a small white box after text "Protections included"

minute 1:21 same problem after "... positioning", a small white box.

but at 0:50 "HIGH clmaping capacity" text is OK.

the video >

Thanks,

Marco

Hi

Check the following in the two titles that have the white box

 - there is not one or more spaces after the last word in the text.

 - there is not a duplicate caption/text on a lower track

Hi Marco,

Can you post a good screen shot of your timeline with the first offending text caption with the text selected, the cursor at the end of the text in the text box (use the End key), and the title dialog box open?

Which caption did you use?

Hi Marco

Did you ungroup the caption components for the two showing the 'space' / bar at the end?

Try the following:

  • removing the caption at 0:56

  • copy the previous good caption and paste it at 0:56

  • double click the pasted caption to change the text

  • If this is good then repeat for the caption at 1:21

@ John CB - I looks like it is Neutral 02 under Captions.

@ johnebaker:  Yes, I've ungroup the caption for shorten the title lenght time. Is possible that this "scretch" cause the problem?

@browj2: this is the screenshot, I hope to understood the request: (in the preview, on selected text, there is like a spacer after "included", but there are no spacer...)

Yes it is quite possible that this has caused the issue, all elements of the caption should be grouped together when altering the length and size / position.

Try my suggestion re copy and pasting.

Uhm... can be a problem of encoding? Probabily the "white space" is for my adjustment, but I've exported the video in .mp4 and in .mts,,, there are no problems in .m2ts but in .mp4 black screen when the subtitle appear!
