Hi,
Which version and flavour (regular or Premium) of MMM do you have. I have MMM2014 Premium.
Assuming that you downloaded and installed everything (look under Help, Update Program/Upgrade functions, Download free synthesizer and sound packages) including the Demo songs, then when you are on the startup screen, select Load demo song. Look at the list and select one.
I have Dance_basic and Techno_Basic, you probably do as well.
