How I use event tool....

MP3 is recorded talk show, about 1 hour..

place markers, about 6 markers, some are commercial segments,

switch to event mode

see attached photo.

press s key (split) on all markers

del highlighted event....the commercial

do not delete or cut anything event mode

move events together

switch to edit mode

select all audiio

select crop

finished

attached photo has commercials removed
