@LAERCIOSANTANA Try running the 32 bit version of SF ACL4. It usually works while sometimes the 64 bit version might not work under unknown circumstances.

@LAERCIOSANTANA Some other advices:

- You can reset the program to its default behaviour via the Help menu.

- Try restarting your computer regularly. Please select the Restart option and not the Shut down option.

- Install all pending Windows updates.

- You can uninstall SF ACL with a free tool like Revo Uninstaller which also tries to remove all leftover registry entries and files. Then try to reinstall SF ACL again.

Note that the error does not occur with "Project" selected but with "Object" selected when changing selection.

@LAERCIOSANTANA If you run the installer it should ask you which versions you want to install. If you haven't installed the 32 bit version, you'll not find it on your computer. Try to run the installer again.

"SOUND FORGE Audio Cleaning Lab 4 32-Bit" seems to be working ok.
Better handling of error messages could avoid these inconveniences...
Thank you very much for the tips and attention, SP.
