Error when redeeming humble-bundle Magix key on producer planet

I recently purchased the "Creative Frontier" pack. During the process of registering and getting the first 2 items, there was an error when I tried to register the second item. The 2 items are "Blades & Runners", and "Smash Hits". When I view "my products", only "Smash Hits" is listed. If I try to get "Blades & Runners" again with either Magix Key, I am told that the key has already been redeemed. This is going to be a gift for my 10yo son who is just getting into music/music production.

How can this be fixed so that I can get "Blades & Runners"? I've tried to contact support, as I know this will require some back-end fix, but can only find community support/forum links.

@raymanoz Please contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for assistance. Usually, it will take a couple of days until they respond.
