Error trying to create audio cd on the fly."No app associated with D:"

File from cassette tapes previously created in Audio Cleaning Lab 10. Now upgraded to Sound Forge 2 to try to make CD audio file. (after problem with ACL 10). After importing file to SF 2 and clicking on Export and Create button, message appears "D:/ This file does not have an app. Please install app or create association in the default app etc." The part that is missing is the choice of burning to cd "on the fly" or mp3 etc . Working on Windows 10 - new pc and new Sound Forge Audio Cleaning lab 2. Any ideas please?
