Error Messages

Walter-Nezwisky wrote on 8/2/2021, 12:43 PM

I keep getting pop windows when I first boot up my system: "host services2.simplite.com" not found.........."https://services2.simplite.com/autoupdate".........."1networkreply:network.....host not found" error messages.

Why?

I don't know which previous versions of your software they belong to to, but how do I stop these from popping up al the time?

@Walter-Nezwisky

Welcome to the Magix user to user Forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and the software is not ours.

However, please read this thread for instructions on how to stop these messages appearing.

Hi

In addition to @emmrecs comment, do note that if the Update Notifier program cannot connect to the Magix servers for any reason, the error does not stop the program from functioning and can be dismissed.
